Privacy Policy

Last Updated on August 31, 2026

Visualise Maintenant Inc., operating as VisualizeNow (“VisualizeNow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides an AI-powered product visualization service that retailers can add to their websites. The service allows shoppers to upload a photo of their space and see products visualized within it, and may also provide product recommendations based on that space.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you use VisualizeNow, visit our website, or interact with us as a retailer customer.

When you use VisualizeNow through a retailer’s website, the retailer is responsible for its relationship with you and for the personal information collected through its store. VisualizeNow processes information on the retailer’s behalf to provide the service. For requests relating to information processed through a retailer’s store, you should generally contact that retailer first. We will assist the retailer where required.

VisualizeNow is independently responsible for personal information collected through visualizenow.com and for information relating to our retailer customers and their accounts.

1. Information we collect and process

When you use the visualization service

When you choose to use VisualizeNow, you may upload a photo of your space.

We process the photo to create the visualization and to understand characteristics relevant to product placement, fit, and recommendations. This may include information about the type and layout of the space, available space, lighting, and suitable product placement.

Uploaded photos are processed only as needed to provide the service. VisualizeNow does not store uploaded room photos after processing. Generated visualizations are likewise not stored by VisualizeNow after processing.

VisualizeNow does not use uploaded photos or generated visualizations to train artificial intelligence models. We also require service providers that process these images on our behalf not to use them for model training.

We may retain limited information derived from use of the service, such as general room or spatial characteristics, products visualized or recommended, and interactions with the service. This information may be used to provide the service, product recommendations, retailer analytics, security, and service improvement.

We ask that you upload photos of spaces rather than people. Please do not intentionally include faces, identification documents, private documents, or other unnecessary personal information in an uploaded photo.

Business customers

If you use VisualizeNow on behalf of a business, we may collect information such as your name, business contact information, account information, service settings, usage information, and billing information.

Payments may be handled by third-party payment providers. VisualizeNow does not receive or store full payment-card numbers when payment information is handled directly by those providers.

Visitors to our website

When you visit visualizenow.com, we may collect limited technical and usage information through cookies and similar technologies, such as information about your browser, device, and how you interact with our website.

Where required, non-essential cookies or similar technologies are used only with your permission. Available choices are provided through our cookie settings or consent interface.

2. How we use information

We use personal information as reasonably necessary to:

  • provide product visualizations and related features;
  • analyze product placement, fit, and spatial characteristics;
  • provide product recommendations where available;
  • provide retailers with analytics about use of the service;
  • operate, maintain, secure, and improve VisualizeNow;
  • manage retailer accounts, subscriptions, and payments;
  • provide support;
  • understand use of our website where permitted; and
  • comply with legal obligations.

We do not use uploaded room photos to identify shoppers.

3. Service providers and international processing

We use service providers to help operate VisualizeNow, including providers of hosting, artificial intelligence, security, authentication, payments, and other infrastructure or business services.

These providers may process personal information only as necessary to provide services to VisualizeNow and are required to protect that information in accordance with applicable law and their contractual obligations to us.

Personal information may be processed in other regions of the world. Where required by applicable law, we assess the privacy risks associated with these activities and use contractual or other safeguards designed to provide appropriate protection.

We may also disclose information where permitted or required by law, to protect the security or legal rights of VisualizeNow or others, or as part of a corporate transaction such as a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information.

4. Retention

Uploaded room photos and generated visualizations are not retained by VisualizeNow after processing.

Other information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the service, maintaining security and records, meeting legal obligations, and resolving disputes. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer required, subject to applicable law.

Retailer account and billing information may be retained for the duration of the account and for an additional period where reasonably necessary for business, tax, accounting, security, or legal purposes.

5. Your choices and privacy rights

You do not need to create a VisualizeNow account to use the visualization service as a shopper.

Before you upload a photo, VisualizeNow provides information about how the photo will be processed. You choose whether to use the service and upload a photo.

Where optional analytics, cookies, or similar technologies require consent, you can make or change your choice through the available consent controls.

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights relating to your personal information, including the right to:

  • request access to personal information held about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • request deletion where applicable;
  • withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, subject to applicable legal limitations;
  • request information about how your personal information has been used or disclosed; and
  • where applicable, receive computerized personal information in a structured and commonly used technological format.

If you used VisualizeNow through a retailer’s website, you should generally contact that retailer first. You may also contact us at privacy@visualizenow.com.

Because shoppers do not create an account and we do not intentionally associate their use of the service with their identity, we may need information such as the retailer used and the approximate date and time of the interaction to determine whether we can locate information relating to a request.

We may need to verify your identity before responding to a privacy request.

6. Children

VisualizeNow is intended for general retail audiences and is not directed at children under 14.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14 without the consent of a parent or person holding parental authority where such consent is required.

If you believe a child has provided personal information through VisualizeNow, please contact our Privacy Officer.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, misuse, or modification.

No method of transmitting or storing information electronically can guarantee absolute security.

8. Privacy governance

VisualizeNow maintains privacy practices designed to govern personal information throughout its lifecycle. These include rules for access, retention and deletion, service-provider management, security, incident response, and the handling of privacy questions and complaints.

Our Privacy Officer oversees these practices and is responsible for helping ensure that personal information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.

Privacy questions or complaints may be submitted using the contact information below. We review them and respond as required by applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, practices, or legal obligations change.
